This week, we had a concrete floor that had a history of dampness and was reading damp on our tester. Our client requested a herringbone luxury vinyl tile. Our solution for this was to install an epoxy liquid dpm (damp proof membrane) which creates an impurvious barrier and allows us to apply latex screed smoothing compound and our Lvt.
